Winter trends

I think we can safely say summer is coming to and end, i love summer but there is just something about winter fashion that gets me so excited, a little pair of black boots and tights is definitely my favourite thing to wear. These are my picks from topshop for the Autumn season, being a lover of anything black I'm delighted to see that this is this seasons colour, i also love seeing tartan making a come back and think this little t-shirt would look so cute with leather shorts and boots!

With my 2nd year at university fast approaching I've been eyeing up evening outfits! These disco pants would be perfect for a night out in winter paired with a little cami top and jacket! Although i rarely wear heels at Uni ( My feet just cannot take it) these heels are just lovely and could be styled with little ankle socks to keep your feet warm!

Celeb style inspiration

John Lewis for NFW

So a few weeks ago it was Norwich Fashion Week 2013, studying fashion in Norwich it obviously meant it was a great opportunity to get involved with some of the events going on, I was lucky enough to get picked to help out with a catwalk show for John Lewis, We got paired up with a model and we got to completely style them up in anything we wanted from the store, me and my friend were running around the store for hours choosing the nicest bits from everything down to the accessories and shoes! There then was a catwalk show on the fashion floor for the public to check out our chosen outfits. It was great to be part of this and gave us a little feel for what its like to style clothes onto models and to organise a catwalk.
